Create paddle, tennis and pickleball tournaments from your PaddlePals Manager, then publish them straight into the global Tournaments section so any signed‑up player can find, enter and compete.
From your manager dashboard to the public tournament listing that all PaddlePals users can see – this is how your events will look and feel.
Publishing your event to the global PaddlePals Tournaments hub means every signed‑up player can see and enter – not just your existing members or followers.
Use built‑in brackets and progress tracking to move from registration to group stages to finals without spreadsheets or whiteboards.
Entry fees, prize pools and participation numbers all sync back into your PaddlePals revenue and analytics, so you know exactly what each event contributes.
Send notifications about fixture times, changes and results via the same system – no more juggling WhatsApp groups and email lists.
Regular events keep players engaged, give them a reason to return more often and turn your club into a hub for the local paddle and tennis scene.
Tournament features are unlocked on the Professional and Champion tiers – ideal once your court bookings and members are already flowing through PaddlePals.
Court owners and club managers use PaddlePals Tournament Manager to run smoother events, fill more draws and spend less time in spreadsheets.
Based on feedback from clubs running regular paddle, tennis and pickleball events through PaddlePals across the UK and Europe.
“Brackets, entries and messages all in one place. We ran our whole club
championship weekend from PaddlePals and didn’t touch a spreadsheet once.”
Sarah L, Club Manager
“Putting our tournaments in the PaddlePals global hub has doubled entries and
brought in new players we’d never met before.”
James P, Tournament Organiser
How tournaments connect your manager dashboard with the global PaddlePals tournaments section.
When you tick the option to make an event public, your tournament is listed in the global Tournaments section of the PaddlePals app. Any signed‑up player browsing that hub can see your tournament, open the details page and enter if they meet your criteria.
Yes. You can choose whether each tournament is public (listed in the global hub) or private (only shared with your own members via direct links or member CRM messages).
Entry fees are tracked against your PaddlePals booking and revenue systems. Where you connect Stripe, you can collect and reconcile payments alongside your standard court bookings and member charges.
Tournament Manager is unlocked on Professional and Champion plans. You can start on Standard, then upgrade once you’re ready to run regular events and list them in the global Tournaments hub.
