By accessing or using PaddlePals ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

  • Day 1: Payment fails - immediate retry attempted

  • Day 4: Second retry attempt + reminder email
  • Day 7: Final notice - service suspension warning
  • Day 8: Premium features suspended (data preserved)
  • Day 30: Account downgraded to Free plan

Your data is NEVER deleted due to payment issues - only Premium features are suspended.
